Honesty

“Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with the important matters.”

As a mediator, it is of paramount importance that MDA conducts itself with fairness and truthfulness. Our collaborative work environment encourages team members to engage in open communication, thereby building confidence to provide honest opinions and feedback to our clients’ project teams. This approach guides projects towards correct commercial decisions.

Ethics

“Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do.”

In the field of Quantity Surveying, a business’s moral compass is often tested. MDA is committed to upholding the ethical standards of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) by providing unbiased, honest, and competent advice. Despite being regularly engaged by one party to act in their interest, we remain neutral in our behavior, providing clients with resourceful and constructive solutions.

Professionalism

“First impressions are lasting impressions.”

Maintaining a high standard of professionalism is critical in guiding perception and trust, particularly during initial interactions. At MDA, we believe that professionalism extends beyond just first impressions and is integral to the daily life of a Quantity Surveyor.
