Project Description
MDA provides cost management services for CBA national retail banking program (40 to 50 branches annually) as well as their medium works and ATM installation programs.
Service Provided
MDA provides an extensive service comprising the development of roadmap budgets, the review and recommendation of estimates, negotiation of contract price submissions, and the assessment of variations. Project costs are also benchmarked at the project, element and asset levels providing historical data for assessment purposes, reporting and forward planning.
